"Thank you both for a fun
packed alpaca experience, your kind hospitality and warm welcome.
It's much appreciated, and we will leave Australia with great
memorial of this unique alpaca farm! P.S.: Monty taught us a lot
about the Aussie style of courting! Many thanks."
Chris and Hannah, UK
What is WWOOFing?
Willing Workers On Organic Farms (WWOOF) is a form of cultural
exchange in which WWOOFers live and work as family with host farms
while they learn about organic farming methods and the area they are
visiting.
WWOOF Australia and their hosts make WWOOFing in Australia easy,
safe and more fun for both Australian and Overseas Visitors to
explore. Working in exchange for food and accommodation is the basis
of WWOOFing worldwide.
Anyone over the age of 17 can join WWOOF. For more information visit
their website at:
http://www.wwoof.com.au
"Thank you very much for this interesting
stay! We'll recommend you to other WWOOFers!"
Michael Kluck and Ivonne Oesterreich, Germany
WWOOFing will give you a first hand
experience of organic farming methods by working alongside your
hosts. It offers also a chance to meet, talk, learn and exchange
views with others in the organic movement. Besides, WWOOFing is a
great opportunity to learn about life in the host country by living
and working, as part of the family.
"Thank you very much for these nice and
interesting days at your alpaca farm. We have enjoyed taking care of
the alpacas (especially bottle-feeding Sundowner), weeding,
shearing, spit-offs, and the trips and the conversations with you
two energetic people... Ps: The desserts and food has been very very
good!"
Nina Bergstroem and Josefin Henningsson, Sweden

weighing, grooming, vaccinating, show preparation, pregnancy
testing, paddock & garden maintenance. Depending on the
season, help is needed with shearing, fleece classing & preparation.
Accommodation in my home. Mixed diet. NSI.
"Thank you very much for everything you
have done for me. I had a lot of good times with you, Dawn,
and the lovely alpacas. I'm very happy that I could spend Christmas
Day here. I hope next baby alpaca's name will be Ayumi."
Ayumi Fujimoro, Japan
